Dr Sunil Sinha

Dr. Sinha grew up in a small town in Nova Scotia, Canada.  He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University in Montreal.  Upon Completion, he began pursuit of his Masters degree with a focus on cancer research at Dalhousie University.  Dr. Sinha began his dental education at New York University College of Dentistry in 1998.  In 2002, Dr. Sinha graduated at the top of his class.  Dr. Sinha then completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati.  In 2006, Dr. Sinha became chief resident of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program in which he became extensively trained in facial cosmetic procedures, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and complex oral implant rehabilitation.

In 2010, Dr. Sinha became board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Sinha’s training at the University of Cincinnati brought to light his passion for orthognathic and trauma surgery. Dr. Sinha has privileges at Advocate Christ Hospital which is the busiest Level 1 trauma center in Illinois as well as various other local hospitals.

Dr. Sinha sees patients of all ages and volunteers his services for the severely mentally and physically challenged as part of Easter Seals. His office provides anxious patients with various options for sedation including IV sedation, Nitrous oxide and oral sedation. He has extensive experience in implantology, including the All-on-4 technique.

Dr. Sinha is married to his wife Dr. Gunjan Jain and has 3 sons Armaan, Arjun, and Avi. When he is not practicing medicine Dr. Sinha enjoys spending time with his family and being involved with his boys’ baseball team.
